While we're at it, here's a friendly reminder regarding the risk of ink freezing in winter months. Although we do include a 48-hour heat pack in every ink order, we strongly recommend the following steps to ensure your ink gets to you safely:

• Place your ink order separately from the rest of your order.
• Ship EXPRESS to reduce the risk of ink freezing in transit.
• Place your order early in the week to prevent having your ink sit in the carrier's distribution warehouse over the weekend.
