Eikon Black Box Needles were first introduced in our 2007/2008 annual Catalog, (You remember catalogs right?). They kinda marked the end of an era, as artists switched from buying our loose needles to make and solder their own needles, to buying pre-made needles.

Nearly 15 years later, our Black Box needles are still in demand... especially the Liners. Although we don’t officially call them “BugPins”, Black Box Liners are a 10gauge/30mm BugPin needle. Producing crisp sharp lines, they’ve become widely known to be “finer than the average liner”.
